Our washing machine started making a loud, scratching noise but was otherwise working fine. After being told it’s likely the bearings and washing machine would need scrapping, contacted Advanced Domestics Ltd who came out and took five minutes to remove an obstruction in the drum. Lovely, friendly engineer, saved so much money, Thanks so much!

One company said the washing machine was not economically repairable without even taking a look, Advanced Domestic fixed it within 15 minutes, saving me about £250. Very quick, and came out fast! Explained the issue and tested it after unblocking the sump. Would definitely use again!

Used this company for the first time recently for a washing machine seal and a hob replacement glass. We were very impressed at the quality of service they offered from Marianne in the office to Daniel and Aiden the engineers who came to the house and carried out the repairs. Their communication was excellent and they were very knowledgeable about the appliances. They did a great job and we are very pleased. Would definitely recommend this company. Many thanks guys

Absolutely first class service, really lovely guys too! Replaced the element in our Neff oven & were happy to use a replacement element that we’d already sourced. We would not hesitate to recommend Advanced Domestics.

I arranged for Advanced Domestics to attend my clients property to look at the dishwasher and washing machine. Communication was great and speedy, as was the initial visit. Parts were purchased quickly and the job was sorted in a friendly and timely manner. Being able to arrange the job via email and calls on behalf of my client was really helpful. The invoicing process was easy too. Thank you!
