My wife popped in on Thursday to sort out some contract issues. I then got dragged in. The issue with the contracts were sorted out by Trish. We were also due an upgrade each which again Trish helped us with including the set up of our new devices. The knowledge, phone savvy and patience with us was most welcoming. Whatever she earns double it. On a side note the Manager had the most amazing head of hair

Had a good experience at the Torquay three shop after failing to sort out a problem upgrading online and the manager swiftly sorted it . He was approachable and friendly and the shop had atmosphere.

Really good customer service. No heavy selling. They did all the setting up for my home broadband in the store, and all I to do was plug it in. Seems to work well.

Useless customer service. I recently went into Three, to see if I could speak to someone about a nano to full sim adapter for an old phone I recently got given from a relative. I wait for 20 minutes and there was A SINGLE member of staff talking to another family. A second member of staff comes from the back door and attends to another customer who started waiting after me. I was very disappointed at the poor employee management considering I am already a Three customer. I do not recommend this store under any circumstance. If you want a Three phone and/or sim, go elsewhere.
