  Had a good experience at the Torquay three shop after failing to sort out a problem upgrading online and the manager swiftly sorted it . He was approachable and friendly and the shop had atmosphere.

  Really good customer service. No heavy selling. They did all the setting up for my home broadband in the store, and all I to do was plug it in. Seems to work well.

  Awfull experience I had today in Torquay, they're selling sim cards recording addresses knowing it's not working there :) I bought the sim card at 2pm, 3-4pm I was trying to cancel it as it doesnt work, had a chat with a lady with accent like indian and also having a low signal, asking if I have iphone or samsung, I said android 😄, she disapeared for a few sec ... 😄I couldn't even able to understand what she say, I said a couple times that I can't hear and understand you - and she was replying everything more loudly 😖 And it was already diverted call to technical department. So I did my best to finish the call and went back to the shop. Guy there told me to call customer services... 😀 Be careful guys, if you get something from them and it doesn't work as promised, then you're in trouble. If you want to return - be patient- as you won't be able to access anyone who's dealing with that. Their network coverage map is a fake, EE and O2 also got gaps in some areas but at least they show that.
