  I attended training with jazz for the foundations aesthetics course, jazz is my incredibly knowledgeable and put me at ease through all of the training- would 100% recommend

  This salon is completely unacceptable not up to standard at all!! I am very disappointed with the lash extensions I received yesterday. Within less than 24 hours, I have already lost around half of the lashes from one corner of my eye. This is not what I would expect from a professional lash application and is clearly not up to standard. When I raised my concerns, I was told it was due to my natural lash cycle. However, losing such a large section of LASH extensions ONLY from one area within a day of application is not normal and cannot simply be blamed on natural shedding. I do not believe this level of fallout is due to anything I have done. Instead of addressing the issue, I feel my concerns were dismissed. Overall, I am very unhappy with both the quality of the application and the response I received when trying to resolve the problem, I was later ignored when I challenged the response I was given!!!

  I had training here with Jazz and it was fabulous. Informative, thorough and professional. I left feeling knowledgeable and confident, excited to share the latest treatments with my clients. Education is key to a successful clinic and I highly recommend Jazz.

  Jazz was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. She made me feel totally comfortable even though I am not a salon regular. She did a wonderful job on my teeth and brows, natural but enhanced, I left feeling great!
