WARNING! Car rental company that doesn’t rent to anyone without a UK licence. I made my booking online. Went to pickup. Had to wait 2 hours, only to be told cannot rent without a UK licence?? Now I am without a car on my vacation! Time wasted for nothing. BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE MAKING ANY BOOKINGS. I would give negative stars if I could.

Charlotte and the team at Chief Vehicle Rentals came to my rescue when I was let down very very last minute by another rental company. Charlotte quickly calmed the situation and resolved my issue - providing a rental vehicle the same afternoon to help ease my fears and ensure our family holiday (Disneyland) was not ruined. The driver who dropped the vehicle off was both friendly and helpful. The vehicle was spotless, easy to drive and ready to go. The collection was also prompt and seamless. I would not hesitate to use Chief Vehicle Rentals again should the need arise and can not thank them enough for coming to our rescue providing a fantastic professional service.
