BRT undertook my removal and storage. They managed to break and loose a lot of my furniture and possessions and gave me some items belonging to another person. Their fees were very high I paid them approximately 5k, now they are pestering me for money I have already paid , demanding bank statements, for removal into store. Fortunately I have proof of payment, potentially I could have paid them an extra £500, they are not to be trusted. The company should have also paid me for the excess on the insurance claim I was forced to make but instead keep emailing me for more demands of payment for the £500 and now storage costs. They stated they would not complete your move without full payment and 4 months later they are sending these threatening emails. I definitely would not recommend this company, they cannot be trusted.

We have used BRT on a number of occasions, they provide an excellent service and moved us to our new home with ease.
