  Fantastic service and very good prices on vet prescriptions. Great communication and fast turnaround. This will be my go-to pharmacy now. I highly recommend for your pets medication.

  Mostly a good service but not necessarily reliable at keeping track of how many items have been issued as against the prescription. Also annoying that hardcopy prescriptions have to be posted where other online pharmacies do not require that same process.

  Can't praise the customer service adviser in online team highly enough. I needed liquid gabapentin for cat which requires paper vet prescription to be posted. Royal Mail had a problem with the envelope and the prescription, posted first class, took 6 days to arrive. I was panicking and rang the pharmacy several times. The person I spoke to was calm and reassuring and eventually rang the vet to request an email prescription as we reached day 5, a Friday. They then paid for 24 hour tracked mail and sent it late Friday afternoon. Absolutely amazing customer service, very rare these days and much appreciated. The liquid gabapentin was much cheaper than through the vet, costing less than one third of their price because vets apparently have to use specific pharmacies which charge them high prices. That regulation needs to be changed! If the paper prescription had not been delayed the whole transaction would've been smooth and easy.

  After receiving my payment and already holding my prescription for use on previous medications, I was very disappointed as it took over a week for the medication to reach me. Hence why I won’t be using you again

  On Thursday the 10th September I ordered online a medicine Voltaron Diclofenac Sodium (cost £14.99 plus postage of £3.90, totalling £18.89).Despite I had no prescription their system allowed me to go through the purchase and payment but I never received the medication.On Tuesday the 15th September I randomly them and they told me they couldn’t send me the medication because I had no prescription.I asked them the refund .They gave me the refund of £13.89.Short of £5.I rang them about this matter and they told me the penalty was due because they had to cancel the order.I don’t understand why their system allowed me anyway the payment without prescription and charging me £5 to cancel the order? I would never shop in this online pharmacy again!
