He came to Croft Lodge to do a talk to help my more mature owners understand how a defibrillator works and to make them less intimidating if one is ever needed. He explained everything in a clear and relatable way, making the session relaxed and interactive with clear demonstrations and giving plenty of time for questions at the end. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of training.
