  Appalled as todayI parted with £175 For 4 and a half hours of a two bed house clean pointing out to the two men cleaners who came exactly what needed doing, unfortunately as I have three dogs I went out to enable them to clean with no interruptions! Big mistake as the dust on picture rails still there a chest of drawers not cleaned dust behind loo still there cobwebs on light fittings x 2 still there and no hoovering done in bedrooms🤷🏻‍♀️Now I’ve been told they didn’t have enough time👍🏼The reason for this is because initially they wanted £270.00 for initial house clean but I paid hourly four and a half hours two men who mopped a floor hoovered two small rooms cleaned one wall of tiles and cleaned the windows inside only. I am disappointed angry and out of pocket for £175 with a house that still needs cleaningWhat a joke and the managers are rude not bothered don’t care!

  I had an unfortunate recent experience with this company with a number of issues after they sent cleaners to my home. My partner and I tried to resolve this by calling the company, but we were met with condescension and a poor attitude. The main issue was that the cleaners had spilt water onto our extension lead that was out of the way (it was on a low shelf, not on the floor - I am specifying this as they have tried to claim that we put the lead in an “unpractical” position which simply isn’t true - condescension and a lack of empathy). It seems they used this to plug-in their vacuum cleaner, but they were careless in the process. This caused electrical faults in our home that took us some time to resolve, and this put us in potential danger. When trying to discuss this with the support team, they were incredibly unhelpful and very condescending. They wouldn’t even acknowledge what we were saying, and seemed more interested in deflecting. Other issues include turning up late, one of the cleaners disappearing 30mins into the job, and an overall low quality service (I had to mop the floors they cleaned after they left).
