  I had an unfortunate recent experience with this company with a number of issues after they sent cleaners to my home. My partner and I tried to resolve this by calling the company, but we were met with condescension and a poor attitude. The main issue was that the cleaners had spilt water onto our extension lead that was out of the way (it was on a low shelf, not on the floor - I am specifying this as they have tried to claim that we put the lead in an “unpractical” position which simply isn’t true - condescension and a lack of empathy). It seems they used this to plug-in their vacuum cleaner, but they were careless in the process. This caused electrical faults in our home that took us some time to resolve, and this put us in potential danger. When trying to discuss this with the support team, they were incredibly unhelpful and very condescending. They wouldn’t even acknowledge what we were saying, and seemed more interested in deflecting. Other issues include turning up late, one of the cleaners disappearing 30mins into the job, and an overall low quality service (I had to mop the floors they cleaned after they left).

  Firstly, the cleaners arrived 45 minutes late, the job was sub par at best, clearly rushed and they did not look motivated in the slightest to get the job done properly. The cleaners sent to us were not professional to say the least. In addition, they poured water onto our extension lead which tripped the fusebox (luckily) - this is very dangerous and could have potentially caused a fire so no health and safety was observed by them. When I reported all this to the company, the lady gave off a poor attitude and sounded disinterested in helping us - very poor customer service on thier part. I will not be using this service ever again and I would avoid them like the plague. The 5 star reviews look suspect because the service I received from them today has been very poor in all departments.
