Excellent job done in flooring my loft & installing a very neat loft ladder. Really expands the storage capacity of my house on Mottram Rise. The work was conscienciously done over two days with very little mess & hoovering up what little there was to leave the area pristine.

Brad kept us informed on his arrival date and times, he was very respectful covering floors and leaving the area clean and tidy when leaving for the day and when the job was complete. We are really pleased with the loft boarding new hatch and steps and especially with the side shelfs giving us much needed storage space and with the boarding raised we have peace of mind that the insulation underneath can breath. We would definitely recommend Brad, thanks again.

Brad undertook a huge job for me with professionalism, care and kindness. I spotted him locally and he worked around my busy schedule to come and measure up, held onto some dates for me during some uncertainty and when the time came he was communicative and punctual. His work was tidy and done to spec in good time and to a high standard. A quality local tradesperson working for a fair price.
