We had a great experience from the minute we walked into the store. Smiley, Marie met us and asked if we needed any help. She showed us the sofas which met our criteria and plugged them in, so that we could try the recliners, we were immediately sold on them. Marie was so helpful and friendly, explained everything and confirmed that we could have delivery the very same week. The day before delivery, we received a courtesy call to check that we were still ok to accept delivery the next day, an approximate delivery slot was given to us. On the delivery day, we received another call to say they would be with us shortly. The delivery men were very efficient, took our old sofas away, as agreed and delivered & put together our new sofas, making sure we were happy with where they were placed. Overall a very professional and great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Sofa Superstore at Crown Point, Denton.

Really happy with my experience at Sofa Store. Darren was absolutely brilliant — friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made the whole process really easy and was happy to answer all our questions without any pressure. We’re really pleased with the sofa; it’s comfortable, great quality and looks fantastic in our home. Thanks again to Darren for making the whole experience so straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing staff and service. Brilliant as had to cancel delivery a couple of times due to house move being delayed even on the day pushing it back to the later afternoon as was still waiting keys. They was so fast getting everything in and set up and making sure everything was working with our electric sofa. Sales lady (sorry forgot her name) was lovely and knowledgeable and made it a smooth process

From the moment my family walked into the Sofa Superstore, we were treated with genuine care and respect. Mr. Wayne and Marie, despite being elderly, went above and beyond to help us. They guided us through the showroom, patiently explained all the finance options, and made sure we understood every offer available. As an Indian Asian living in the UK, I have never experienced such exceptional customer service anywhere else. The kindness, professionalism, and dedication shown by both of them truly stood out. They made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely supported throughout the visit. I strongly believe they deserve top recognition for their outstanding service. This was one of the best customer experiences my family has ever had in the UK. Highly recommended.
