Excellent service! After my daughter accidentally locked her keys in the boot, I called around for a locksmith and no one was available. Until I called this company. Kept me informed of time of arrival, had my daughter’s door open in minutes so she could retrieve her keys. Would highly recommend this company, so professional, fairly priced and extremely professional.

Emailed Vikki requesting a quote which beat the others. Arranged a date and time at my home. Vikki and Nico turned up and provided me with a new spare key for a Ford Transit. No fuss very friendly on-time professional service. I will recommend them to others and if needed use them again. Big thanks guys!

Contacted these guys in relation to a car that wouldn’t start and needed some immobiliser / ECU work. The work I initially requested was part of a bigger issue which I wasn’t aware of. Nico went above and beyond to get the car running and I can’t thank him and Vikki enough for the work they’ve carried out. Would highly recommend this company for any automotive locksmith or ECU reprogramming work!

What a great experience from start to finish , customer service 2nd to none Vikki made me feel immediately at ease ,im not good on the phone and at 75 was quite upset that id snapped my key in my ignition and had no idea cost or if it could be fixed, she kept in touch found me the lowest price and reassured me she would sort my key out,,, she went above and beyond to help me ,and as it is bank holidays weekend and im disabled ensured I wasn't without my transport. It was evening when I called and by 1pm today her and her lovely husband had me up and running ,I can not thank them enough and would recommend them to everyone, well done for one of the best politest and quickest responses ive had if i could give 10 stars I would
