  Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The work was completed in August, and while it looked good visually, a serious issue (loud screeching floors) was present immediately around the doors on the second floor. I raised it right away and was told it would "settle" over time. After a month, part of the issue improved, but the worst spot remained unchanged. Despite repeated promises over several months to come and fix it — including being told I’d be booked in early January — no one ever followed up. I had to keep chasing them, and still, nothing was done.

  We actually came across CS flooring from a Facebook/google search and we popped in to have a look and see if they had what we wanted. From the moment we went into the shop you can tell it’s a family business and they want to meet your needs and get things right. Grant who sold us the floor was actually here to fit it too. We encountered a problem with the subfloor when we lifted the original floor laid by previous owners but was no problem to Grant at all an was basically met with ‘don’t worry we will sort it’. CS flooring have sorted it perfectly and we absolutely love the new flooring. If you have stumbled on this page while searching for the floor you want, stop looking get in touch with them they will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. We seriously cannot praise them enough. Finally I am not being paid for this review - I’m just really that happy with my new floor.

  We had our entire ground floor redone last November. The fitters were fantastic - very friendly & efficient - the job was done in a couple of days & the guys even helped me move the heavier bits of furniture back at the end. The finished floor looks fantastic & the price was very reasonable - would highly recommend!

  Just simply brilliant! Grant and his team done an immaculate job of our laminate flooring in our living room/bottom of staircase with some awkward cuts especially with the beading around uneven skirts and architraves but Grant and his team made it look easy and had it all done in just less than 3 hours. Cant fault these guys what so ever, reasonable prices, nice fellas to talk to, quality workmanship and Grant even worked around my schedule with work to get my flooring done on a date that suited me! I will definitely be using again, thanks a lot lads! 5* all round!
