  Used Scott for window repairs at the end of 2025 and the work itself was good. Since then, communication has completely stopped. I messaged in December about a follow-up matter — no reply, but it wasn't urgent so I let it go. Recently I had two more window repair jobs and tried reaching out again: two WhatsApp messages and a phone call, all unanswered. I confirmed the number matches what's listed online, so this doesn't seem like a wrong-number issue. As landlords, we rely on contractors who respond, even just to say they're busy or can't take the job. Going silent on a returning customer with paying work isn't how you keep a business relationship. We've had to take our repairs elsewhere. 2 stars — good work when it happened, but unreliable and unreachable since.

  Great job - several replacement panes required following a house move, 3 weeks from first contact to installed - no mess, no fuss, no jargon and no unrequired comms, just got on with the job - cheers Scott!

  Brilliant service - thank you Scott 😀 In his own words "a Stratton boy" who is really professional and exceptional value for money. I had 3 x blown double-glazed units (large panels) that came in at a fantastic price. Scott came round, measured up, provided a quote and the replacement units were ordered and installed within 10 days. I would definitely recommend Scott and Misty Windows... and will use him again (though fingers crossed - no more blown units!)

  Fantastic service replacing the misted window pane in my bay window. Had a quote within a day and the new pane fitted a few days later. Scott is very professional, quick and tidy. Would highly recommend!
