  I don’t really like leaving negative reviews but I feel like I have been left with no choice on this occasion. I bought a car from Apex back in January which ended up having an oil leak as well as some other issues, most of the issues were resolved by Apex but the oil leak required the car to be taken to an Audi specialist. The warranty company only covered a small portion of the repair cost so I had to pay the remaining balance myself. Considering the car had an oil leak from the point of purchase Apex agreed reimburse the amount paid. It has now been three weeks since I emailed Apex and them agree to reimburse the cost of the repair and I’m still yet to receive anything, this also includes a follow-up email that I sent reminding them. As I mentioned at the start I don’t like leaving negative reviews and wasn’t going to after the oil leak was resolved but there just seems to be a lack of communication and a lack of urgency getting things resolved at Apex.

  We purchased our LandRover Discovery 5 back in February from Apex Cars Direct. Within just a few days we had a major problem, unfortunately due to a parts shortage Apex had the our LandRover for 10 weeks, they supplied us with a loan car until the vehicle was fixed, we cannot fault the service we got from Apex, David kept us informed throughout the 10 weeks and we now have our Landrover back fully warranted and fully detailed inside and out. I would highly recommend Apex Cars Direct to anyone professional company with great customer service and professional staff. Thank you.

  We recently purchased a car from this dealership, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, thorough, and helpful throughout the entire process. Every question we had was answered clearly, and we never felt rushed or pressured. They made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Highly recommended.   Very good professional service. Car was exactly as described and shown in photos. Delivery driver was great and explained how everything worked.
