Recently purchased an Xbox 360 controller as well as 5 games - the controller was not only filthy and sticky, 3/5 of the games were broken. I returned to a CEX more local to me, Burgess Hill, who promptly sorted out this stores shoddy business practices. DO NOT VISIT CRAWLEY CEX. Avoid at all costs. They don't take quality checks seriously, they clearly don't care about their job. There's loads to choose from but at a ratio of 2/3 broken on my latest visit it's hardly worth the time it takes to look through their stock.

Got told they didn’t have the bonus disc and they refused to take money off (not even £1) saying that they didn’t know it was in there and saying it was everyone’s fault but theirs. I believe it was the supervisor me and my mum spoke to. She was very rude and will be going to the Horsham one from now on. See photo for proof it is meant to be an addition.

Obviously with 2nd hand goods you expect wear and tear marks and scratches but the Logitech G923 i bought was absolutely filthy. Which you'd think they would at least give it a quick clean considering how much they sell it for vs the buying price. The brake pedal also wasn't working so i had to repair that aswell before use. Luckily a quick and fairly easy fix. Only upside is it does actually work now, price wasn't unreasonable and it does have a 5 year warranty. Not sure i'd use this branch again going forward however.
