  Sacha and the team were simply wonderful when we bought our first home through them. From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable and confident and their support throughout the process was great. Easily the best estate agents we came across.

  We had a really positive experience working with Sacha and her team. From the outset, she was honest, transparent, and refreshingly straight-talking about the whole process, which made a big difference. Selling a house can be stressful, but Sacha was always available and kept us consistently informed at every stage. She didn’t just disappear after getting the offer agreed—she stayed actively involved throughout, regularly updating us and making sure things kept moving. What stood out most was how well she communicated, not just with us but with other estate agents and parties in the chain. That coordination really helped reduce delays and, importantly, eased a lot of the anxiety that naturally comes with selling. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is proactive, communicative, and genuinely supportive throughout the process, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sacha and her team.

  We cannot recommend Sacha and the team enough - They were miles ahead of any estate agency we have dealt with and the fact they are part of the EAN really does show. Through every stage of buying our first property, everyone was so easy to deal with and nothing was too much to ask - Genuinely a friendly, professional and passionate team who want to help. As first time buyers going through a bit of a learning curve, we were taken care of by Sacha right from the beginning with clear, transparent information and honesty in every conversation we had. This continued with Sales Progressor Erica, who was extremely proactive and helpful the whole way through. Jordan made the journey up from Banstead at short notice to allow us to view the property a further time and again, she was so pleasant and helpful. On top of this, their recommended solicitor was excellent and we were able to work smoothly to a realistic deadline. I really do hope Sacha Scott continues to expand and I wish the whole team great success. I encourage everyone currently in the market (especially first time buyers like us) to give them a call. I will continue to spread word about them to friends who are looking to make the move and get on the property ladder. Really impressive - The best estate agency we have dealt with. Thank you so much!

  Fantastic estate agent - I can't recommend highly enough. My family has now sold two local houses with Sacha Scott, and they've made the process a breeze. At every step, they've been efficient, responsive, professional, and have given us excellent advice. Sacha was even happy to drive over to my dad's care home when his signature was needed on documents, and booked a professional house clearance for us. Would absolutely use Sacha Scott again.
