  Terrible service, avoid. Won't be using them in the future. Edit: Yes, definitely JT Wilding, it just wasn't booked under my name. Avoid at all costs.

  We’ve used JT Wilding since we moved home 16 years ago. In November 2024 we went ahead with our annual boiler service and a week later it started to leak. My late wife contacted JT Wilding and complained that the engineer hadn’t tightened off pipe work when completing the service, we were told that “Oh, that happens sometimes, it’s just standard” and refused to make a repair. Never again. The images are of the new oak kitchen worktop after the service (The boiler is directly above the worktop) as you can see the damage caused.

  Wildings are prompt and efficient! Jack came out today, bringing his cheerful manner with him to sort out our hot water problems. Thanks Jack, you were great! 💯
