  Shoutout to Jordan from Bury St Edmunds, CEX store! Only been with the store for two weeks, and he was challenged with trading in nearly 100 of my old blu ray discs! Very polite and patient man, would recommend 👍🏻

  Brought back a PS5 with an intermittent fault - powering down when playing games. They couldn’t reproduce the fault in the shop so no replacement. I sold the faulty model (to them!). Good luck to whoever buys it next.

  I have never had an issue with this store if something needs to be tested it has been promptly I usually give around 30-40 mins to allow for extra time if needed during testing as I understand that the store can be busy and rather than waiting for a phone call I will pop into the store in person to avoid any hassle staff are always happy to help and on hand if I need any support I have used CeX for many years around Bury St Edmund’s and have not had any issues price always matches what I have been quoted online and always better service than the Newmarket branch ! If you’ve got some old games or tech to get rid of Bury St Edmund’s is a good shout keep up the good work !

  Extremely dissatisfied with the service received at the Bury St Edmund’s CEX store. Dropped off tech equipment yesterday at 3pm to which I was told that testing wouldn’t happen until today but I was assured it would be done today and funds sent within 30 minutes of completion. Today’s opening hours have come and gone and not even an update from the store or their customer support team on this matter! Looking at the reviews this is very common at this store. My suggestion is to avoid trading in at this store, if I still have no communication by tomorrow morning I will be heading to collect my equipment to sell elsewhere.
