  Fab job done by Joe and the Waveney Security team - all installed and set up as we wanted despite old buildings doing their best to make it difficult! Easy dealings from start to finish.

  This company has installed a CCTV system for me which does not work. They failed to check that the broadband speeds were sufficient for uploading the information onto the app. They have accused me of failing to advise them of the speeds when it is for them to ensure that the speeds are adequate for the system to work. They will not accept that they are at fault. They had to return three times to rectify their installation. On obtaining a second opinion they have failed to install the system in the most efficient way. Joe, their installer, is in my mind, does not have the necessary expertise to carry out this work.
