Your oil is always delivered before the arrival date and you have gratefully helped me out when I’ve run out. I cannot recommend you enough. Thank you for your service.

  A small and caring family company that are so refreshing to deal with after being lost in the systems of a large overstretched supplier who continually let us down. We were at our wits end, having turned our boiler off in January after another company continually missed promised delivery dates. Having explained the problem to Berry Oils, Mark and the family bent over backwards to help us, and the upshot was that within three hours we were sitting prettily with a full tank! Amazing customer service! What a contrast it was to deal with a company that actually sees you as real people in need rather than purely a means of topping up their bank account. I really cannot recommend them highly enough, especially if, like us, you feel that you are constantly banging your head against a brick wall with your present supplier.

  Amazing! Mark and his wife were so helpful and supplied us with oil very quickly in an emergency when no-one else could. Cannot recommend highly enough. They were so friendly, helpful, professional and caring, going the extra mile to help. Thank you so much!
