  I had a pretty disappointing experience with Paxs Secure Ltd. I was expecting something decent from their custom doors service, but the whole process felt off. The design didn’t really match what I asked for, and it seemed like they weren’t paying attention to the details we discussed. On top of that, communication was slow and unclear, which made things even more frustrating. For something that’s supposed to be custom, it just felt rushed and not worth the hassle.

  Incredible service. From a quote to a new system in less than 30mins ….. beat that ! Pleasant, well mannered, on time, neat & tidy ….. I can go on & on. I wish I had a dozen doors.

  Excellent service all round from chloe harry and jack. Came out when he said he would and fitted when he said he would. Great job very happy with the work which was done in terrible weather. Fantastic job at a great price.Thank you very much.

  Garage roller shutter had derailed and in the process of trying to remedy it myself I managed to chew up a few of the lats in the mechanism. To avoid further damage or injury from tension springs, I contacted a few different garage door repair companies. One didn’t turn up and wasted my time. Paxssecure Ltd came when they said they would, assessed the work to be done, removed the damaged lats, put it back on it’s runners and reset the system limits to working properly. Harry and Jack were polite, concise and friendly and worked cleanly and with care. Free callout, and the resetting and repair was priced reasonably compared to full door replacement. They didn’t try to upsell it or make it more of a job than it needed to be. Great work from the team and completed the repair promptly. Would use again if and when required.

  Replaced my roller garage door motor for me in South Shields. Come out quickly and assessed the problem. Give me a price on site and resolved it there and then. Very happy
