  Non-emergency bathroom waste leak, but they still answered the phone straight away and came out promptly. The plumber who arrived was very friendly and helpful, explaining exactly what needed doing. Work completed to a very high standard in just a couple of hours, with no fuss or mess, and also fixed some additional minor problems with the toilet flush while he was here. All at a very good price. Will be my first choice for any plumbing work and would highly recommend.

  As a small local business i have used Star plumbing on several occasions now. They have guided us and carried out the work to some major alterations to our site plumbing work in our production areas, supplying and installing new sinks and water tank, along with servicing and repairs to our site heating system and boilers. Chris and Zak have always been friendly and helpful and both have a great work ethic and standard. I am more than happy to recommend these guys and will continue to call them myself when plumbing works are required.

  Needed my boiler/heating system checked and serviced at my new property Really efficient service at a reasonable price. Have used them in the past and will not go anywhere else.

  They did an amazing job on my mum's bathroom. I'd highly recommend Matthew and his team. My only negative is they don't use a card machine, my mum who's in her 80s doesn't have online banking. Caused a bit of a problem for her

  I have had a few issues with Star, they looked at my old boiler and replaced the PCB board, this did not fix the problem and then I had to invest in a new boiler which Star replaced for me, but they still charged me £350 for the PCB board on the old boiler. Since the boiler replacement there have been leaks on the radiator vents which they say is nothing to do with their work, now they want a further £100 + VAT. I have had an independent engineer look at the work and he informed me that they would have noticed the leaks when they installed the boiler as they should have drained the whole system. I have two rental properties that were looked after by Star but they will not be recommended by me in future. Further to your response, you have spoken to me directly regarding my 2nd property which you worked on. I have since had a quote for the replacement vents at 50% the price you have quoted, I feel every time you have worked at both my properties there has been another job created for Star, I am totally unhappy about a specialist heating engineer not knowing what to so with my old boiler, referring to a manual and ripping me off a further £350 for something I never needed, I would have expected a discount on my replacement boiler but you charged me full price, disgusting service.
