Pricklewell Cattery (Sue & family) looked after my little rescue cat while I was away on holiday for two weeks, and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the care she received. It was the first time I’d ever left her, so I was naturally a little nervous, but she really couldn’t have been in better hands. The cattery is lovely, and I especially liked that all the cats have their own little window to look out over the fields. Sue was also so kind and even let my mom pop in halfway through her stay to say hello, which was such a lovely touch and really reassured me. I’ll definitely be booking her back in for our next holiday. Thank you again, Sue, for taking such good care of my girl! 🐾❤️

Used this Cattery a few times now my cats are always looked after very well groomed and definitely well feed, when my oldest cat passed away we had to cancel his booking on short notice and I was immediately offered a full refunded for his pen (the other cat still came on his holiday) sue didn’t have to do this it was much appreciated we are coming again on Monday it will be the first time for our new cat and I’m not nervous at all and I’m sure it won’t be or last, definitely recommend this place

First time using pricklewell cattery and it won't be the last. I was very nervous leaving my cat for the first time in a cattery. They made him very settled, happy to give updates whilst I was away and sent photos to put my mind at rest. He was one very happy cat. The pens were spacious with a sleeping area with a window over looking fields.

What a shame completely gutted, I was recommend this cattery by someone at the vets and the way she spoke about it i was so happy to leave my cats here for a week while going on hoilday. I booked a vist in and everything was fine until I had something come up so had to rearrange the vist but was happy to pay the deposit to keep my booking for September. The moment I re booked it was impossible to get hold of sue and when I did I sent the deposit straight away to make sure I didn't lose out for September. Wednesday evening I sent her the deposit 2 days went by with me texting asking if she had received it and absolutely nothing back not even a text to say got it so today I sent her 3 more messages and called her (phone was off) when I finally got a reply. the attitude in the messages was rude . I was told by her that she had replied to me which was clearly a lie otherwise I wouldn't of messaged her so much. I got my deposit back in the end and wouldn't want my cats going there. If somebody is going to trust you to look after there beloved cats at least have the respect to answer the phone I couldn't think of anything worse then going away and not being able to get hold of her. Its a shame as I had high hopes for this cattery and its been a complete let down
