  What a shame completely gutted, I was recommend this cattery by someone at the vets and the way she spoke about it i was so happy to leave my cats here for a week while going on hoilday. I booked a vist in and everything was fine until I had something come up so had to rearrange the vist but was happy to pay the deposit to keep my booking for September. The moment I re booked it was impossible to get hold of sue and when I did I sent the deposit straight away to make sure I didn't lose out for September. Wednesday evening I sent her the deposit 2 days went by with me texting asking if she had received it and absolutely nothing back not even a text to say got it so today I sent her 3 more messages and called her (phone was off) when I finally got a reply. the attitude in the messages was rude . I was told by her that she had replied to me which was clearly a lie otherwise I wouldn't of messaged her so much. I got my deposit back in the end and wouldn't want my cats going there. If somebody is going to trust you to look after there beloved cats at least have the respect to answer the phone I couldn't think of anything worse then going away and not being able to get hold of her. Its a shame as I had high hopes for this cattery and its been a complete let down

  Wouldn't take my 2 cats anywhere else the owner is lovely my cats are well cared for

  We’ve just recently used this cattery, the cats were picked up from there today (10/4/26) having been there since the 2/4/26. What a fantastic cattery, cats were well looked after, staff were very lovely and it’s a gorgeous place. We will be booking them in again, very happy and the cats have come back home very happy too. Thank you for looking after our babies, Bobby and Tilly 🐾

  Lovely place to leave your cats. Individual pods which were clean and secure, also had heating aswell and a lovely view for the cats to look outside at the horses. I am definitely booking here again for my cat. 🐈
