  I brought my car to this garage for a knocking / humming noise. After their inspection, I was told the issue was the driveshafts / planetare and I agreed to replace them based on their professional diagnosis. I paid close to £700 for parts and labour. Unfortunately, after the replacement, the original noise was still exactly the same, so the initial diagnosis was incorrect. When I raised this, I was told that I had requested the driveshaft replacement myself, which is not the case. I came in for a noise diagnosis, not with my own diagnosis. As a customer, I rely on the mechanic's expertise. Very disappointed with the diagnostic process and how the situation was handled afterwards. I would not recommend this garage for diagnostics.

  I took my car in and had to keep chasing for a time to collect it. My calls and messages were largely ignored. Not an efficient service and a very long wait to have my keys handed back to me as the owner wanted an audience while he explained his recent relationship. I rarely write a negative review.

  Beginners. They asked me to change 2 driveshaft and the probleme was not there. After to many visites, i left it. To much stress, to much time waste. I am not recomand.
