  Went in today to sell my old phone, having recently upgraded to a new one. Started off promising, they said to leave it with them for an hour then come back, having already offered me £143 for the phone. Returned after the alloted time only to be told they wouldn't be able to buy it as it apparently wouldn't charge. Took the phone home and plugged it into a charger and it was fully charged in an hour. So they completely wasted my time and lied to me. If they couldn't buy the phone that's fine, but be honest about the reason instead of giving me some nonsense about not being able to charge it when there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Disgraceful service and a total waste of time. Would not recommend AT ALL!!

  We went in here today to sell a go pro the guy at the desk with the beard was very rude to us I was standing in the Que I when I was next he said your in the wrong Que I didn’t know there was a different Que for selling he said it clearly says there where the Que is we never went in there before so we wouldn’t of known he spoke with attitude not in a nice way at all we didn’t expect a place like this to have so bad customer service we also had some games to sell I got out ready he also said in a not very nice tone put them away I’ll look at the go pro first we ended up just walking out this has effected my mental health and don’t think we will go there again people working in shops should be happy and speak to people with respect rather than judging them by how they look.

  Staff not very happy, visited twice having to witness condescending behaviour on both occasions. Training on mannerism and professionalism required in my professional opinion.

  Ive had great experience here over the past few years , selling is simple and IVE always bought game discs (ps4) from here

  Took my ps5. They had limited time but they still dealt with me and gave me a bank transfer withing the hour so it was a breeze to sell to them. Would go again to that store they are great.
