  Good cex of which is quite large staff are good, selection is okay and nice and cool on warm days to go into.

  I was extremely dissatisfied with the poor service and inaccurate testing carried out at this CeX branch. I brought in a brand-new Android smartwatch that I had personally tested and confirmed was fully functional and able to pair with an Android phone. Despite this, the branch rejected the watch, claiming it was “not pairable.” This was clearly incorrect. I tested it again immediately after leaving the store and it paired without any issue. I then took it to another CeX branch just five minutes away, where it passed the assessment without a single problem. This proves that there was nothing wrong with the smartwatch. The failure was entirely down to this branch’s inadequate testing process or lack of technical competence. Their incorrect assessment wasted my time and caused completely unnecessary inconvenience. CeX should ensure its staff are properly trained and capable of testing devices accurately before making false claims and rejecting perfectly functioning products. Customers should not be inconvenienced because staff do not know how to carry out a basic pairing test correctly. If you're selling electronics, I'd recommend using another CeX branch to avoid the same frustrating experience.

  I pick up pokemon GameCube last Monday they great friendly people and one lady can sign language as we are deaf customer, thank you so much :)

  Went in today to sell my old phone, having recently upgraded to a new one. Started off promising, they said to leave it with them for an hour then come back, having already offered me £143 for the phone. Returned after the alloted time only to be told they wouldn't be able to buy it as it apparently wouldn't charge. Took the phone home and plugged it into a charger and it was fully charged in an hour. So they completely wasted my time and lied to me. If they couldn't buy the phone that's fine, but be honest about the reason instead of giving me some nonsense about not being able to charge it when there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. Disgraceful service and a total waste of time. Would not recommend AT ALL!!
