Warren and the team did a fantastic job for us. Our new garage conversion is a beautiful addition to the house and all work was completed to an excellent standard. Warren was in contact throughout and communication was excellent. 5/5 for us!

Lichfield loft company, is second to none. All the work carried out is very professional, the workmen are hard working, any changes are carried no problem at all. We can recommend the company to friends and family. We are so pleased with the loft conversion. Thank you to everyone involved

Of all the builders we had quote us on our loft conversion, Warren was the most knowledgeable and knew exactly what could be done and how it would work from a quick inspection. His prices are fair, accurate, fully detailed and there were no hidden extras. All the trades in his team were hard working, friendly and reliable. We are really happy with the finished result. An extra bedroom and bathroom and no need to move!

We have had a garage and loft conversion from this company in the last year. Friendly and prompt communication. Very transparent with respect to costs, and no hidden extras. All work completed quickly and to a very high standard. Cannot recommend highly enough.

After deciding to go ahead with a loft conversion instead of the cost of moving, Lichfield Loft Conversions were recommended to us by a friend who had her loft done by the team around 2.5 years ago. From the moment Warren came to measure up for an initial quote, I knew instantly they were going to get the job done to a high standard. We have a young baby and a husband who works nights at the weekend, I was initially concerned about the chaos, dust and disruption that would come from such a job but every single contractor was conscious of cleanliness and worked around my husbands sleep schedule where they could throughout. The build took around 9 weeks (this included the bathroom being fitted, air con installation and carpentry). We were consulted on decisions throughout, including adding some storage space in the loft eaves and under the new staircase. The build came within budget & the standard of workmanship is second to none. I cannot recommend or thank the team enough.
