  First class carers. Such lovely genuine people who are true professionals and really care about the service users. You go above and beyond. I cannot thank you all enough for everything that you have done for my late mother and our family. You made difficult times easier. We could not have got through the past few years without your support. You made my Mum smile and comfortable even on the difficult days. Forever grateful for everything 🙏

  All Midlands Community Care staff are amazing, from day one with an enquiry, to then having you to look after dad. The Care, Compassion and interaction you all showed to dad Brian with his alzheimer's, including mum in every conversation was so kind and considerate as a family we can't thankyou enough. You came the day he passed and still spoke to him and hugged mum, I can't tell you how much that meant. Keep doing what you're doing because you are a first class team
