The service from the vets thenselves is great but then you wait twice as long back in reception waiting for the prescription whilst your pet is getting super stressed! Something in the set up process not quite right

Started taking my cat here after some difficulties with a previous vet’s. We visit the cat clinic situated here, and it’s been absolutely amazing. They are incredibly supportive and caring, and can tell they know about cat behaviour and make my cat feel safe and relaxed. The price has also been great, and not overcharged like the previous place I would go.

Always a warm friendly experience from all of the team at 387. From the moment I walk through the door to the time spent with the team. I have been visiting here for many years and highly recommend it

Have been taking Tessie the Golden Doodle here for 13 years. Staff have always been considerate and caring. They took care of Sister Penny's cremation 2 years ago. 387 are an extension of our family.
