  Awful experience. Had a van booked and supposedly ready to be collected on Thursday. Me and my boyfriend drove like 30 mins to then be told we couldn’t take it as it’s 25+. My boyfriend is 24 and drives a work van full time just needed a bigger one for moving house. The website clearly states 21+ , very odd how all of a sudden on the day it’s 25 minimum. He asked if there was anything they could do and they just dismissed it.Totally let down last minute and considering we were moving furniture etc into a new house having to drive back and forth multiple times 30/40 minutes each way was far from ideal. Seems to be a common thing with this company.Do yourself a favour and book somewhere more reliable.

  Avoid!! I had booked a van for a day to move house. I arrived to pick up the van to be told it’s 25 and over yet on the website it states 21-74. I am not sure was this personal towards me or was it false information on the website. They didn’t seem to care what I had to say at all and left me stuck for van last minute.
