  Mum had an excellent respite stay at Prestwood, following a period of illness. The quality of care was fantastic. Staff are kind , caring and responsive. The home is warm and inviting with very good food which really supported mums recovery. We would not hesitate to recommend Prestwood to others.

  I just like to let you know that Sylvia Halford is a very good friend and a very good bridge player with a lot of patience and I shall come to see my friend so look after her and Sylvia that regARD jean louis

  Might look all posh and friendly, but wouldn't want another family member in Prestwood. Never notified us in time to say good bye, then lost belongings and all family photos lost they mislaid them which isn't good enough when someone's room is cleared after their passing.

  The care home is lovely and the staff are so friendly. My Mum has been there for just over a year and it is a joy to see her so contented and so well looked after.

  My mother has been there since just after it opened and she has been well looked after, the staff are lovely and we have peace of mind she is been looked after well, which we havent had before
