- SBSally BatemanAug 1, 20261.0Visited this afternoon. Had planned to buy a PS5. Also sell a PS4, boxed XBox360, boxed XBox adaptor, 5x good quality controllers, 2x boxed headsets, 2x headphones, 4x kindle fires, 4x kids protective covers. Three staff behind the counter messing about throwing things at one another - a young blond girl stood directly in front of us. No other customers in store. We waited patiently for quite a few minutes whilst they bizarrely, unprofessionally and rudely ignored us. We eventually just walked out, and drove to Cash Converters in Longton instead (which was organized & clean, and we were greeted straight away). Very surreal, and appalling customer service. The shop looked filthy as well, with litter and spillage all over the floor. If the staff are this careless and unbothered, then I doubt they are honest in quotes and sales, and the products likely poor quality.
- JJJordan JayJul 31, 20261.0Went in to trade in my s26 ultra they said they wouldn’t take it as a grade a because because apparently it had a scratch on the paint (it was a bit of dirt) when I confronted to guy about it he then refused to let me trade it in as he said it’s too much effort to test it wouldn’t recommend doing there at all they all deserve to be fired
- EEEzzyJul 31, 20261.0Don’t bother selling anything to them they clearly are there to scam money out of you. Went in with a grade A phone was knocked to B for a bit of dirt they claimed was a scratch on the paint. Honestly find less scammers on Facebook 🙄
- MMMCWHOJul 23, 20261.0Absolute joke. First of all my bike got stolen outside to which the staff couldnt even provide cctv. When I came back the next day to return my xbox pad that would not turn on at home, they told me I couldnt get a refund because they managed to get it working in the shop. Never bothered testing for any faults. Told me I could get a voucher but then because my xbox has no disc there was nothing else to spend it on. Completely unhelpful and terrible experience. Never coming back. What kind of shop doesnt accept returns even though the customer is clearly unhappy with the product? Absolute joke
