  Twice now I've been told I'll have a call back, to then have my time wasted waiting for said calls. No explanation given the first time until I contacted them asking what was going on, no courtesy call or even an email. Not giving them a third chance. Obviously not interested in new clients or politeness.

  I've had a years constant dealing with Mark Redler Solicitors. More specifically Julie Meers and her team. We sold our first house and (attempted) to purchased a house. Our sale completed but we ended up with the purchase falling through. We subsequently had a second house fall through before finally successfully purchasing a third house. This process took 1 year for us. For every step of the way Julie and her team were there for us, whether it was to answer minor queries we had, save us money by carefully navigating a shaky purchase or by offering up advice on the best actions to take for a situation (and what we would/would not be allowed to do). I honestly can't recommend them enough (and have already done so to a friend). Interactions were always professional and friendly. Never once did I feel like I was an inconvenience to them and one of the best things I liked about them? If I called and they were unavailable and offered to return my call, they ALWAYS did. Not once did I have to chase a call. Emails were promptly replied to, even if I was only supplying an update. I couldn't have asked for more.

  Selling an buying houses is a real headache, with lots of pitfalls and plenty of stress. What you need to help you on that journey is a diligent, thorough and efficient solicitor whom you can trust to be progressing matters proactively and promptly, with no chasing, on your behalf. Julie Meers at Mark Redler is exactly that. 5 star service..just completed in 9 weeks on my house purchase . Highly recommended.
