Dont know what the guys name was who served me but had negative experience with him twice now. Tall skinny guy, glasses and dyed hair (green or pink i think) Anyway. Tried buying pokemon silver. Asked if he could show me it working and saving properly before i bought it. He seemed to have an issue with this. However ive bought 3 of these now and the saving of the game has always been an issue So he goes and gets a gameboy advance puts it in and hides it behind the till so i cant see it...i ask him nicely, hey pal could i just see it working as i want to make sure indont have to come back here Dont know if he was trolling me but he just ignored me and kept it hidden. Massive que starting to form. So i ask if he wants me to hold it and do the checks...again, dude straigh up ignores me and keeps is hidden behind the desk 10/15 minutes of this. The game doesnt load (so it doesnt work as i thought so) so hes wasted my time. But ok i ask can you order me one in then please. He says, no you can order one online and walks away Dude was one of the rudest most incompetetant people ive ever dealt with in customer service. Anyway, if anyone can get me a copy of pokemom silver let me know CEX cant seem too

Always great, everything lovely and ordered of which better than every other Cex I've visited, dedicated and nicely ordered sections behind glass that make browsing nice and simple and also tempting which many a time I will buy because it looks well presented and accessible to view. Staff are friendly and talkative from start to finish instead of just doing role they also take interest in your day and your purchase with a smile.

Took a phone in, nothing wrong with it offered a good amount, tested for 30mins, came back said there was a hairline cracked bearly visible and wouldn't take it. The kind lady you served me was great and coudlnt see anything on check when given in. Even showed another worker. Won't be using this CEX again.
