  Aside from the beautiful bouquet of flowers that Toni created for me, I received the most incredible customer service from her, even bringing the flowers out to my when I couldn't park. Such a fabulous shop and I will definitely purchase there again when I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

  From our very first enquiry, The Florist of Lichfield provided exceptional service. They supplied all of the floral arrangements for the Fighting With Pride LGBT+ Armed Forces Community Memorial Dedication at the National Memorial Arboretum, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The team was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, offering friendly advice and making everything straightforward at what was a very busy and important time. They generously delivered all of the flowers free of charge, exactly when promised, ensuring everything was in place well before the ceremony. The flowers themselves were absolutely beautiful – fresh, elegant and thoughtfully arranged. They added real warmth and dignity to a deeply moving occasion and were widely admired by veterans, families and guests alike. Professional, reliable and genuinely caring, The Florist of Lichfield went above and beyond to help make such an important event so special.   Absolutely shocked at the flowers that were brought Saturday for me from work colleagues that didn’t even last to Tuesday morning… what’s worse is them kids spent a lot of money and don’t earn much so feel like they have been robbed… I won’t recommend this florist, just shocking
