  Extremely lovely and welcoming. Went in today to get a portable charger and they were super fun and instantly offered so much options. My friends go here all the time and it was my first time here but this definitely will not be the last.

  Every time I visit Cex Burton, I feel like I'm catching up with friends. Not only do they work diligently and with much charisma, they are also incredibly knowledgeable about all the dvds, games and other hardware. I have asked on different occasions advice on purchases and as for value for money it is impeccable. Becca, thank you for your advice with the Lenovo Yoga laptop... I love it. Mark, thank you for the morning coffee chats. Michael is great for knowing which member of staff is best for any advice on the products. Charlie for his knowledge on gaming. Dean for being a great manager even though you support a rubbish football team. Great team and deserve all the accolades! Thanks for taking all my wages!!

  it was hopeless. i went to get a game that was 12+, they won't let me have it since i look short but i was literally 13. Also staff have no patience an are pathetic. Once I bought a WII game, they forgot to actually give me the actual game, they just gave me the game case. by the time I realize, my WII was on an i opene the game case, NOTHING!! Then i realize that they also forgot to give me the change, SO I PAY 10 POUNS FOR A 5 POUN GAME!!! HOPELESS!!

  Wonderful service by all the staff at the burton branch, this is my second time I’ve purchased an iPhone and I will definitely trade again in the future. The staff were very knowledgable and gave great advice in directing me to the right phone for me. They gave me plenty of time to make the decision and answered any questions I had. The staff were very chatty and I left the store very happy with my purchase.
