  Terrible service and very rude. I booked a taxi the night before and specifically asked for them to be on time as we were attending a funeral. 10 minutes after he was due I rang the office to check, only for a man to say my address, grunt and hang the phone up. Eventually turned up 25 minutes late from the booking time ...completely unacceptable and found alternative transport

  They tell me 20 minute now ten minutes and they still ain't here and now making me late for a work interview honestly shocking behaviour

  were here a couple minutes early to pick me up, carried my suitcases and packed them in the boot for me- very friendly!
