  Rude and unprofessional, says he has items in stock, doesn’t bother to even check and then hours later says he doesn’t have it. Doesn’t even make eye contact when speaking too busy on his phone.

  I can’t thank this man enough ! My i phone 16 pro completely stopped working and having no insurance I would have had to pay 660 pound to get it fixed which would be impossible.After an awful experience at OLED phones which I took my phone to first who kept it for a week sent it to Birmingham without my consent then told me it was fixed but I could only use a power block charger to charge it I was left in a worse position. I then contacting 07 heaven and he got me to bring it in for him to look at i really didn’t think there was any possible way of it getting fixed now. Within a couple of days i had my phone back and working perfectly. I am so so grateful for this man’s amazing work . Thankyou so so much . Jaz

  Popped in with a cracked camera screen iPhone 14 Jim fixed this for me within minutes. Absolutely brilliant service and a very reasonable price would highly recommend 🌟

  On a Bank Holiday Monday of all days, the touchscreen on my phone suddenly stopped working. In a bit of a panic, I called 07 Heaven and within seconds, he answered. He calmly and thoroughly talked me through how to get my phone working again, and even shared some really helpful tips to prevent future issues. The level of service was incredible — quick, professional, and genuinely reassuring. I would 100% recommend his service to anyone!
