- DHDavid HanslowJun 1, 20265.03 contract had run its course and i needed an upgrade. I was out of town and popped in to Southamptons store and was served by Ciaron. Excellent service, he listened, matched to my requirements and I left happy with new handset and an assortment of free accessories, trade in deal and all for less than I could source on the website. Thank you

This is the worst Network to be on. I eventually switched to Vodafone after 20 years of being with Three due to nonexistent customer service ✌️ My advice is to take a walk further in to the shopping centre, find the Vodafone store, and go with them instead. There, you can find real, ACTUAL customer service - unlike Three!
