  Sam and all the staff at Bettelleys treated my dad with care and compassion from start to finish ,nothing was too much trouble.I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a very personal service .The old chapel was something I’ve not experienced before nothing was too much trouble there too we weren’t rushed at all on the day of my dads funeral we had to say when we were ready to leave I feel they all go above and beyond I’ve never been to such relaxed funeral .Everyone Made a very sad occasion more manageable.Thank you all you do a fantastic service

  I would just like to thank everyone at W R Bettelley. Arranging a funeral is something that nobody wants to do, or even knows where to start, it can be a daunting prospect. Our family recently lost a son and a brother. I went into Bettelley's just to try and get an idea of what was needed, and I was instantly put at ease, Sam was absolutely incredible, and as been amazing every step of the way. Sam looked after us, especially my mum who is understandably struggling. The care, shown not just to us but to my brother will stay with me forever. An unbearable ordeal was made that little bit bearable through the help from Bettelleys and from Sam. Thank you so much, from all of the family X

  All of the staff at W R Bettelley undertaker were so kind and compassionate when organizing everything for our recent bereavement. Funeral director Sam Burn made sure everything was perfect for us, so a special thank you to her. The price was well within our budget as well. W R Bettelley come highly recommended by us. Thanks again Rob and Julie Evans

  As a family we would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Bettelley’s for their amazing care that they took with my late mum, Janet We have been amazed by their attention to detail and generally their empathy towards us as a family. All the staff have been amazing to deal with, Sam,Josh,Chrissy and in particular Katie. We have appreciated everything you have done for my mum it has certainly made a very sad time a lot more bearable to deal with following your support. Our thanks also extend to Susanna, our celebrant who delivered a lovely service at the old Chapel. Thank you to you all

  From the initial call through to the meeting and the funeral, Sam and the team treated us with respect and kindness. The funeral itself was just what we hopped at the Old Chapel, all delivered with respect and kindness. Everyone attending commented what a lovely funeral it was.
