  I had a great experience at this location a few days ago , I didn’t catch the staff members name unfortunately but she was very kind and helpful. I did have a bit of trouble finding the game but she told me we keep them over the counter due to the price so that was no problem and I’m very happy with my copy of Alpha Sapphire for the 3Ds

  I frequently visit this store and I am always pleased with my interaction with the staff members and the products available. I was browsing the Xbox games while I overheard a customer being very rude towards Matt. The customers frustration was because he wasn’t getting full trade in value for his iPad as the charger was either damaged or third party. There was no logic to the customers frustration. If an item is traded in and not the same as how you purchase it from Apple, it is not worth full value and would be disappointing for a customer if they were to purchase it themselves. Matt dealt with the situation very calmly and even apologised for something he was completely in the right about. In my eyes, Matt is providing a high quality service ensuring that stock purchased is of a high standard. Most times i visit the store, i am served by Matt and I am very happy with my experience. I visit this store almost every week as I am a collector and I will continue to due to the excellent customer service and quality of their stock.
