  Of all the builders we had quote us on our loft conversion, Warren was the most knowledgeable and knew exactly what could be done and how it would work from a quick inspection. His prices are fair, accurate, fully detailed and there were no hidden extras. All the trades in his team were hard working, friendly and reliable. We are really happy with the finished result. An extra bedroom and bathroom and no need to move!

  Recently had Lichfield lofts carry out our loft conversion. Great job, all the team were great, polite, reliable and very tidy. Cannot fault the work …now for us to get the decorating done. Photos will follow later

  We have had a garage and loft conversion from this company in the last year. Friendly and prompt communication. Very transparent with respect to costs, and no hidden extras. All work completed quickly and to a very high standard. Cannot recommend highly enough.

  I had a loft conversion undertaken 2 years ago with a guarantee . The loft has developed a problem but I am told the company is in liquidation now and it cannot be honoured . I don’t know why the website is still active as the company has ceased trading …?.??
