    I think the overall repair experience is ok. The repair time is roughly 2-3 weeks. The console is nicely cleaned as well. However, this is my feedback on the downside: The repair cost shall be identified per cases instead of a flat rate £99.99. As some smaller problem should cost less to repair than the other. The staff from CeX shall also let the customer know the repair collection cut off day is on Friday. So I bring in my console to the store on Thursday, then I do not need to leave my console at the shop for an extra week of waiting. Otherwise, it would be a much better experience.
