  Not long been here and purchased a couple of items. The lad behind the desk has a serious attitude problem. Didnt get his name but he loves speaking down to people. Wont shop here again. Most of the games I picked up had last nights dinner on them. Really would it kill them to wipe them over before selling them?

  Took a phone in to sell and turns out my account is banned. They had no reason as to why. No notes on the account that usually give a reason. I only shopped in there the week before with no issues. They had to change the address on my account on my last visit so assumed that they banned me in the process. Anyway… refused to buy the phone because of this 🤣 Seems only fair to leave a 1 star review as I simply cannot shop there again because of their error 🤷🏼‍♂️

  I’m 15 and came into the shop with my mum this past Saturday to sell my S20, but the service was a joke. The staff member on duty was incredibly miserable and talked down to me the whole time, acting like I didn’t know the value of my own phone just because of my age. I’d already been told by another branch that the phone was a Grade B, yet this man tried to force it down to a Grade C without any real reason. It’s embarrassing that a grown man feels the need to act so intimidating and try to pull a fast one on a teenager. It shows a total lack of professionalism and basic people skills. It’s ridiculous that standards change so much just because of one person's bad attitude. We took it elsewhere, got the B grade price easily, and were actually treated with respect. I won’t be coming back to this branch.
