  Great service every time from Stewart and his team. Used them for a makeover for the whole house including Ethernet and CCTV and then recently on an outdoor job. Recommended!

  I was referred to Stewart the owner/manager at R&B Sims to resolve a super time-sensitive electrical problem at my Parent's house. Stewart followed up promptly to my out-of-hours enquiry and was able to schedule in a visit the next day and resolve the issue in one visit - keeping me up-to-date on visit timing; identified issue and plan for resolution. The prompt resolution and the strong communication was super appreciated not only by myself but also my Parents who were able to return home shortly after Stewart/R&B Sims visit. Thanks again Stewart and the R&B Team.

  R&B Sims were employed to replace our Distribution Board (Consumer Unit) to meet 18th Edition Regulations for our tenancy. We hadn't used them before but discovered this was a third-generation family business run by Stewart Sims. Stewart who did the assessment and Peter who did the work were both friendly, knowledgeable and professional and they happily answered all of my questions. Our plastic board was replaced with a metal one which is less of a fire risk and also includes extra protection. We have two old and new ring circuits and Peter meticulously wired them on opposite sides of the board. They did a fantastic job and importantly also left the place clean and tidy. From this experience I would highly recommend them.
