- MBMA BSep 24, 20265.0I cannot thank Josh, the Store Manager at CeX Woking, enough for his incredible kindness and integrity. My iPhone 16 Pro Max died, and after 4 hours at the Apple Store, I was told it was unrepairable and was sent to CeX to buy a cheaper replacement. I am currently dealing with my son's murder case, so my finances are incredibly limited, and I also face mobility issues. When I explained my situation to Josh, instead of just taking my money for a sale, he asked if I had AppleCare. When I said yes, he told me I was entitled to a free replacement from Apple. Because I am not technical and have mobility challenges, Josh left his shop in the good hands of his assistants, and accompanied me back to the Apple Store, and advocated on my behalf to the Apple manager and technician until they agreed to send me a replacement. He even helped me set up my iPad before he left so I could stay connected. Josh gave up a guaranteed sale for his store just to protect a vulnerable customer. His profound empathy and honesty during the most difficult period of my life is something I will never forget. He is an absolute credit to CeX. Thank you, Josh.
