I have purchased my last three iPhones from Tesco Mobile and I have been a loyal customer for over 10-years. My local Tesco is in Brooklands, Weybridge where I normally receive excellent customer service, especially at weekends. However, this was not the case when I visited recently. The customer service agent was a young lady who, despite sitting in an empty shop with no customers, looked completely disinterested and did not want to offer any service at all. My enquiry was a simple and basic question relating to Bluetooth settings, but she appeared more concerned about her nails than to handle my phone or check my settings. In the end, I had to walk away and resolve the issue by myself using AI. It does beg the question, what is the point of having a customer service representative there at all? Sorry Tesco Mobile Brooklands, not good enough!
