  Took in a watch to have repaired. Not annoyed That watch was not repaired I’m annoyed that it took two weeks for him to say it couldn’t be repaired by his friend. I had not one phone call from Andrew with any updates I had to chase him for updates. He did not make me aware that he had got my watch back from London I had to call again to find that out. Not sure how he is as a jeweller but customer service skills he has none. There is always a new girl working in there too make sure you get receipt for any jewellery you leave I had to drive back myself 3 days later when she had took my over £15000 watch and given me nothing at all receipt wise. Was a massive waste of my life visiting the Jewellers Bench

  I Had a very Bad experience with this jeweller. This man kept a watch giving me no communication as to how long it would take and after nearly a month when i went into to see if it was ready he still couldn’t give me a time frame on when he would have the watch back? So i asked for him to pick the watch up from his “ watch repairman” and he told me he would if he Remembered? Very weird behaviour… very Rude and in my Opinion a bit Dodgy….. i only gave him 1 star as i couldn’t leave a review if i didn’t leave at least one star… do your self a favour and find a better Jeweller..…

  BRILLIANT. Great repair to gold B/LET and very good price for service to gold Rolex.
