  Took in a watch to have repaired. Not annoyed That watch was not repaired I’m annoyed that it took two weeks for him to say it couldn’t be repaired by his friend. I had not one phone call from Andrew with any updates I had to chase him for updates. He did not make me aware that he had got my watch back from London I had to call again to find that out. Not sure how he is as a jeweller but customer service skills he has none. There is always a new girl working in there too make sure you get receipt for any jewellery you leave I had to drive back myself 3 days later when she had took my over £15000 watch and given me nothing at all receipt wise. Was a massive waste of my life visiting the Jewellers Bench

  Andrew is a very knowledgeable and highly skilled jeweller. I have entrusted him with many items for repair and have always been completely satisfied. Otherwise his stock of jewellery for sale is very good.

  Andrew did a great job restoring my mother’s antique ring which others had failed to do correctly. The job was done very promptly and at a certain fair price.

  I visited Andrew to have a couple of rings resized. He was really knowledgeable and the costs of the repairs really reasonable. We got chatting about my love of gemstones and jewellery in general and Andrew used his expertise to help me choose some diamond earrings. I have wanted to find a pair for a long time and everything was too big or too small. These from Andrew were just perfect! I will definitely be back for more pieces. I love that he makes many of the things he sells on the premises and that he really knows his stuff. So nice to have such a great shop so local!
