  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding service. I honestly cannot recommend Prestige Motors Mechanics LTD highly enough. I brought them my 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T 5.7 HEMI, and the whole experience from start to finish was absolutely first class. The car needed quite a bit of work after damage to the front suspension. The guys replaced the front suspension arm/control arm, steering knuckle, wheel hub/bearing and ABS sensor, as well as checking the surrounding suspension components and making sure everything was fitted correctly and safe. While the car was with them, they also carried out a complete brake replacement, including new brake discs and pads, so they really took care of everything the Challenger needed in one go. Working on an American car in the UK isn’t always straightforward, especially when some of the replacement parts were sourced from compatible Chrysler models, but these guys handled it brilliantly. They knew exactly what they were doing, checked everything properly and got the Challenger back together perfectly. The work was completed quickly, professionally and with great attention to detail. Communication was excellent, they were responsible and straightforward throughout, and most importantly, I felt I could completely trust them with my car. The Challenger is now back on the road and driving great. I genuinely couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work. If Google allowed me to give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A massive thank you to the whole team at Prestige Motors Mechanics LTD for taking such good care of my Challenger. Fantastic mechanics, fantastic service and people you can trust. 100% recommended – I will definitely be using them again!

  Without a doubt, the best garage in Croydon—I won't be taking my car anywhere else. When my clutch gave out, I called every local garage on Google, but no one could squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Prestige Motors was the total opposite: incredibly welcoming, they told me to tow the car over whenever I was ready. That alone was such a relief. Throughout the repair, they kept me updated with video, and the pricing for replacement parts and labor was remarkably fair for the quality of work. To top it all off, they handed the car back with a complimentary wash—a lovely cherry on top. I’ve never experienced this level of service in Croydon. If you’re tired of calling around for availability, go straight to Prestige Motors. Highly recommended!

  Took my BMW due to noise. Barteck very welcoming and polite. Within two hours they send me video of issue and quote. They fixed the issues and even washed my car. Car is perfect and smooth now. They provide professional receipt of jobs carried out. Best mechanics I have used in my life. They are polite, professional and transparent. Will always use them from now on and recommend.
