I then took it to the Sutton branch, where I waited around 20 minutes, but upon my return, I was told they had 'fixed' it, with the staff member implying the issue was my fault. He suggested it could have been a Wi-Fi issue, despite my clear explanation that the problem began right out of the box. I had already tried resetting the device and followed multiple tutorials, but the issue persisted. While I appreciate the time taken to look at the device, I was disappointed with the customer service, as the staff member’s approach felt dismissive and lacking understanding.
