  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Craftsmanship & Stellar Service! I cannot recommend John Miller Upholstery Ltd highly enough! I had an old leather sofa suite that was in desperate need of some major TLC—it had broken springs and a completely recessed seat. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. Jaqui handled the booking process beautifully; she was incredibly courteous, crystal clear when explaining the process and pricing, and kept me regularly updated in the run-up to the visit. When John arrived, his expertise was immediately obvious. He expertly repaired all of the broken springs and went above and beyond by fixing the internal cushions as well. The sofa feels brand new again, and the quality of the work is outstanding. Finding a business that combines this level of traditional craftsmanship with top-tier customer service is rare. An amazing find—I would highly recommend them to anyone!

  Recovered and renovated the foam on my parents wooden based 3 piece suite. Great customer service and advice from a friendly team. 3 week turnaround. A brilliant job done, parents very pleased! Thank you.

  I wanted to recover an armchair, that I had had for years. I had noticed John Miller Upholstery in a nearby town and thought I would contact them to see if they could help. WOW! What a find. Thus began a journey which has resulted in the most stunning re upholstered chair. Their customer service is incredible. Whether on the phone or on email you get an immediate response. Well written helpful emails.The ladies I spoke to in the shop were utterly charming and could not do enough to accommodate me,regarding the fabric and the date when the work would commence. I thought the price very reasonable . I would really recommend John and his company as they are everything that every company should be. Thank you to everyone at John Miller.

  The John Miller team are excellent in what they do, extremely helpful with any questions and enquiries. The team have always had good communication and look out for their clients. Definitely some of the best estate/letting agents I have come across.
